EZ Ridge

PRODUCT USE: EZ-Ridge™ XT 10" is a Flexor™ SBS polymer modified asphalt hip and ridge shingle designed to complement a number of asphalt shingle roofing systems. EZ-Ridge™ XT is an easy-to-install, high-profile roof accessory that provides resilient protection to hips and ridges, a strong defense for ridge vents from weathering, and long-lasting appeal. EZ-Ridge™ XT features the Scotchgard™ Algae Resistant Shingle Protector from 3M to resist shingle discoloration due to algae growth. Malarkey roofing systems with algae resistant warranties require algae resistant hip and ridge shingles. COMPOSITION & MATERIALS: EZ-Ridge™ XT hip an ridge shingles are manufactured on a non-woven fiberglass mat and coated with Malarkey's unique Flexor™ SBS polymer modified asphalt. EZ-Ridge™ XT is surfaced with colored, algae resistant ceramic granules from Scotchgard™ and blended to match Malarkey shingles. A variety of granule colors are even solar reflective and match Malarkey's Ecoasis™ line of solar reflective shingles.
